桃品种基因型分析及其利用

摘    要:根据桃性状的遗传规律及表现,对桃育种材料的花粉育性、果实形状、果肉颜色、果肉肉质和核粘、离等质量性状进行基因型分析评价,同时讨论了白花、大久保、冈山3号、丰黄和连黄等优良种质在桃育种中的利用价值。

Abstract:The genotypes of some qualitative characters (Pollen fertility, fruit shape, flesh colour, flesh firmness, freestone of clingstone) of peach cultivars used as breeding materials were valuated on the basis of the previous research of peach breeding. According to the genetic mode and the phenotypic analysis, the cultivare with fertile pollen had the heterozygous genotype Psps included Wasesuimitsu, Deniyoro, Tasubanawase, Hakkobi, Hakuho, Okayama 500, Kobayashi, Chaoxia, Yulu, Zaoshenghuangjin, Xiaoyu, Zaohong, Baimangpantao, 124 pantao, Sahuahongpantao, Yulupantao and Chenpupantao; the cultivars with flat fruit had the heterozygous genotype Sasa included Wanpantao, Huangjinpantao, Dabanhongpantao Baimangpantao, 124 pantao, Sahuahongpantao, Yulupantao and Chenpupantao; the cultivars with white flesh fruit had the heterozygous Yy, e.g. hakkobi, Rikakusuimitsu, Baihua, Xinbaihua, Yulu, Qiyuanshuimi, Yunshu 1, Luhua 5, Yangzhou 2, Yangzhou 45, Baimangpantao and Dabanhongpantao. It is proposed that the cultivars with white melting flesh and clingstone fruit such as Hakuto, Okayama 3, Okayama 500, Okubo and Shanxia had their genotype YyMmff. The utilization of Baihua, Okubo, Okayama 3, Fenghuang and Lianhuang in peach breeding was discussed. The apprehension of genotype would certainly serve as an important significance on the exploration of peach germplasm for selecting desirable parents to increase the efficiency of peach breeding.
