郁金香的光合特性及不同基肥对其生长发育的影响

摘    要:郁金香开花期的光补偿点在1.6klx左右,光饱和点在60klx左右。不同品种间及同品种植株不同叶位间的净光合速率(Pn)、光呼吸速率(Pr)、暗呼吸速率(Dr)差异较大。各品种花朵的Dr与其各叶位叶片Dr的平均值基本相同。Pn,Pr,Dr相互间呈正相关。在提高叶片Pn,增大花朵和更新鳞茎,提高子鳞茎繁殖率等方面,有机肥作基肥(底肥)的效果好于用无机肥作基肥。Pn、花朵大小、更新鳞茎大小相互间呈正相关。

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of four varieties of tulip at florescence and effects of basal manure on growth were studied. The results were as follows: The light saturation point of photosynthesis was 60klx. and the light compensation point was 1.6klx. The difference of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn) or photorespiration ( Pr) or darkrespiration ( Dr) among varieties and the position of leavies were distinct. The photosythetic rate of the 2nd leaf was the highest, and the 3rd leaf is signal lower than the 1st or 2nd. The correlation coefficient was positive among Pn. Pr. Dr. The darkres piration rate of flower = the one of average of leavies. The effect of organic fertilizer as basal manure was better than inorganic fertilizer for increase Pn and flower and renewal squamous bulb weight and daughter squamous bulb reproductive. The positive correlation coefficient was high significant among Pn and the length of flower and weight of renewal squamous bulb.
