| Abstract: | Although Sinochem Group has denies that they were going to be overall listed company, they never stopped working on going public to be overall listed. Recently, Sinochem Group, combining COSCO Group, set up the share of Sinochem to prepare for overall listing. The only large-scale fertilizer dis- tribution enterprise which successfully entered the capital market soon aroused the discussion about fertilizer distribu- tion enterprises being listed. |
