| 摘 要： | 目的]采用水蒸气蒸馏法对臭柏细枝叶精油的提取工艺进行研究。方法]研究原料破碎程度、蒸馏时间、加水量、NaCl质量分数和浸泡时间对臭柏细枝叶精油出油率的影响。并采用正交试验优化臭柏细枝叶精油的提取工艺。结果]正交试验优选的提取工艺为：每次加700 ml水,2%NaCl,水蒸气蒸馏3 h,在该提取工艺条件下,提取效果较好。蒸馏时间为最主要影响因素,其次是加水量,最后是NaCl质量分数 粉碎并浸泡一定时间臭柏细枝叶可显著缩短提取时间,2 h的浸泡时间为宜。结论]为臭柏的生物活性及药用价值的开发利用提供了科学基础,对于开发和充分利用这一植物资源具有重要的现实意义。
