| Abstract: | In the paper,based on volunteer definitions and history,the content of student volunteer in university libraries and recruitment were discussed,and combined with practical work,volunteer management support mechanism was described and it pointed that the work of volunteers could improve the quality of students and universities library service and the university library must seriously study the innovative methods of work. |
