| 摘 要： | 独立学院的发展有其自身的特点,加强对教师教学质量考核是提高计算机学院教学质量的重要举措。提出了层次分析法（AHP）的教师教学质量评价体系和多级评价模型,根据AHP方法建立决策递阶层次结构,通过合成层次总权重来构筑多层次决策模型,从而对独立学院教师的教学质量评价更具合理性。

Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Computer Teaching Quality Evaluation of Independent College |

| Abstract: | Independent college＇s development has the characteristics of its own,and strengthening of the teachers＇ teaching quality assessment is the important strategy of enhancing the quality of the teaching in the computer college.In this paper,the teachers teaching quality evaluation system and multilevel evaluation model by analytic hierarchy process（AHP） were proposed,and according to the AHP method,decision-making hierarchical structure was established,and through the synthesis of hierarchy total weight,building multi-level decision-making model of independent institute,and the teaching quality evaluation is more rational. |
