| 摘 要： | 本文以硫化钠作还原剂，以甲苯为提取溶剂，解决了氯化三苯基四氮唑（ＴＴＣ）法测定污泥脱氢酶活性中标准曲线制作繁琐和稳定性差的困难，并为该法的运用选择了良好的提取溶剂。本文也对测定中的诸多影响因素进行了研究，确定了进行试验的最佳条件。

| Abstract: | Current 3,5,5-triphenyltetrazolium(TTC)-dehydrogenase activity determining method has two defects. One is that standard curve can't be made conveniently and stably. Another is that organic sovent used to extract formazon(TF) is not efficient. This paper resolved these problems by using sodium sulfide as reducer and toluene as TF organic extractant. The best condition was also prescnted by effecting factor experiments on the developed method |
