| 现代农业科技服务的现状与对策研究——以广东为例 | |

| 摘 要： | 农村科技服务体系是农业科技进步的重要支柱，是实现农业工业化、产业化、现代化的基本保障，因而也是实现农业现代化建设的一项重要内容。本文在广东省科技厅“科技服务体系建设专项”课题的支持下，对广东省的现代农业科技服务进行了充分的调研，在此基础上归纳了以广东为例的现代农业科技服务的主要模式，剖析了现代农业科技服务存在的主要问题，并针对性提出了促进广东及至全国现代农业科技服务体系发展的对策。 |

| Abstract: | Abstract: The rural science and technology service system was an important pillar to agricultural science and technology progress. It was the basic guarantee for the realization of agricultural industrialization and modernization. Therefore, it was an important element to the agricultural modernization construction. At the basis of literature review and field survey, this paper took a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study external factors and internal factors on agricultural science and technology services. The results showed that China’s current agricultural science and technology service system was clearly not suited for the rapid development of market economy, the current main several pattern crossed and was not standardized. The new and effective linking mechanism had not yet to be established up, resulting in the organizational function of agricultural science and technology blank. Therefore, it was cried for countermeasures which could promote the development of the Guangdong, even whole the country, modern agricultural science and technology service system. In this context, this paper put forward several proposals for reference. |
