| 摘 要： | 比较了2年生和4年生铁皮石斛提取物对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力,并研究了这两组铁皮石斛提取物水溶液的粒度分布特点。结果表明,4年生铁皮石斛提取物对DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子的清除能力高于2年生铁皮石斛提取物,说明生长年限对铁皮石斛提取物的抗氧化性影响较大。1 mg/m L的2年生铁皮石斛提取物水溶液粒度分布主要集中在30~80 nm,而4年生铁皮石斛提取物水溶液在同样浓度下的粒度分布主要集中在110~125 nm。

Study on Antioxidant Activity and Its Aqueous Solution Property of Different Growth Years of Dendrobium candidum Extract |

| Abstract: | This paper compared the scavenging activities on DPPH and superoxide anion of two years and four years growth of Dendrobium officinale extracts, and studied the particle size distribution characteristics of the two kinds of aqueous solution of Dendrobium officinale extract. The results showed that, the scavenging activity of four years growth of Dendrobium officinale extract was higher than the two years growth of Dendrobium officinale extract, and the growth years had large influences on antioxidant of Dendrobium officinale extract. The particle size distribution of 1 mg/mL two years growth of Dendrobium officinale extract mainly concentrated in the 30 ~ 80 nm, and the particle size distribution of 1 mg/mL four years growth of Dendrobium officinale extract mainly concentrated in the 110 ~125 nm. |
