食品工程课程设计的教学研究与实践

摘    要:食品工程课程设计是专业性、技术性、综合性、实践性较强的本科教学实践环节。针对目前该教学实践中存在的诸多问题,采取了培养学生创新意识、规范教学文件、改革教学方式、加强师资建设和学生科研技能训练等措施,教学效果显著。

Abstract:Food engineering course design is part of undergraduate teaching practic emphasize on professional,technical, comprehensive and practical link.According to the present problems existing in the practice teaching for food engineering students and science,we make several steps on reform measures,such as cultivate students' innovation consciousness, modify teaching files,reform the teaching methods,strengthen the construction of teachers and students' scientific research skills training,and the new practice teaching system has acquired satisfying effects in the stir of new practice teaching system.
