食品科学与工程专业双语教学的思考与探索

摘    要:双语教学是现代高等教育适应社会发展需要的必然趋势,同时也是培养食品科学与工程专业人才的重要途径。从双语教学的意义与内涵、可行性、双语教学目前所存在的问题,以及双语教学的实践等方面,对食品科学与工程专业双语教学进行论述和探索,为进一步提高双语教学的质量提供一定的参考与依据。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is not only the inevitable trend for the modern higher education to meet the need of social development,but also the important approach for training talents of the major of food science and engineering.This article discusses and explores the significance,connotation,feasibility,the existing problems and practice of the bilingual teaching for the major of food science and engineering.It might provide the certain reference and the basis for further improving the quality of bilingual teaching.
