| 摘 要： | 本文对桃树（Ｐｒｕｎｕｓ ｐｅｒｓｉｃａ Ｓｔｏｋｅｓ）、梨树（Ｐｙｒｕｓ ｓｐ．）根际线虫研究结果表明：桃树根际线虫中，寄生类占线虫总数量的９．３％，腐生类占５１．５％。捕食类占２４．８％，矛线类占１４．４％。梨树根际线虫中，寄生类８．８％，腐生类５１．６％，捕食类２２．６％，矛线类１８．０％。寄生类线虫，桃树根际线虫共鉴定出４个属，以螺旋线虫属（Ｈｅｌｉｃｏｔｙｌｅｎｃｈｕｓ）为主；梨树根际共

| Abstract: | The results showed that parasitic nematodes in peach tree rhizosphere were 9.3%saprophytic nematodes 51.5% sarcophagous nematodes 24.8%, dorylaimida nematodes14.4%, and that of the total of nematodes and parasitic nematodes in pear tree rhizospherewere 8.8%, saprophytic 51.6%, sarcophagous 22.6%, dorylaimida nematodes 18.0%,Four / genera of parasitic nematodes were identified in. peach tree rizosphere and five inpear tree rhizosphere. The main genus of all genera identified was Helicotylenchus in pearrhisosphere. and Aghelenchus in pear rhizosphere. The densities of nematodes in verticaldistribution in peach rhizosphere were the highest at the soil depth of 10cm and 21cm andthese in pear rhizosphere were at 21cm. Parasitic nematodes in peach rhizosphere were dis tributed at the depth of 0-15cm and those in pear rhisophere at 15-20cm. The densities ofnematodes in level distribution in peach tree rhizosphere were the least at the distance of 60cm and those in pear rhizosphere at 50cm. The total number of nematodes or parasiticnematodes in the old peach and pear tree rhizosphere was less than that in the young one.The moisture of soil affected the densities of nematodes in peach and pear tree rhizosphere.With increase of the moisture of soil the number of nematodes in peach and pear treerhizosphere becomes larger and larger. The densities of nematodes in the peach rhizospherevaried with varieties of peach trees. The number of nematodes in the rhizosphere of Hu05was more than that in the rhizosphere of Chuanshilang. |
