摘    要:土壤生物学特性作为衡量土壤质量的重要指标,可以表征土壤质量演变趋势,不同种植制度对土壤生物学特性的影响不同。通过综述国内外连作、轮作等种植方式下土壤生物学特性的研究进展,重点分析了连作和轮作对土壤微生物、土壤线虫和土壤酶活性的影响,指出合理种植制度对土壤质量修复的可能性及研究方向,提出集约化农田种植制度优化策略,为制定合理的种植制度和农业的可持续发展提供参考依据。

Abstract:As one of the important indicators of soil quality, soil biological characteristics can characterize the process and trends of land change. Different cropping systems have different influences on soil biological characteristics. We examined peer- reviewed papers about the effects of continuous cropping and rotation planting mode on soil biological characteristics, especially on soil microbes, soil nematodes and soil enzyme activity, and pointed out the possibility of rational cropping system on soil quality restoration and research direction, put forward intensive farmland planting system optimization strategy, developed reasonable cropping system and provided a reference frame for the sustainable development of agriculture.
