| 摘 要： | 以从染病魔芋植株上收集的白绢病菌核为分离材料,分离到3株产菌核的丝状病原真菌;根据病原菌形态学及致病性特征,鉴定3株病原菌为半知菌亚门,丝孢纲,无孢目,小核菌属的齐整小核菌(Sclerotiumrolfsii Sacc.)。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,we collected the white rot sclerotia from Amorphopalluskonjac.Three pathogenic strains(Sr-01,Sr-02,Sr-3) were isolated successfully.According to the morphologic character and pathogenicity,three strains were identified as Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc.,Agonomycetales,Hyphomycetes and Deuteromycotina. |
