摘    要:采用大田试验,研究了打顶后喷施"烟博士"活性制剂、赤霉素、水杨酸、吲哚乙酸4种植物生长调节剂对烤烟上部叶生长、化学成分及工业可用性的影响。结果表明:打顶后喷施吲哚乙酸和"烟博士"活性制剂能显著提高烟株上部叶的叶长、叶宽和叶面积,有效降低上部叶烟碱和总氮含量,提高总糖、还原糖和钾的含量,改善烟叶内在化学成分含量及其协调性,提高烟叶评吸质量。

Abstract:The field experiments were conducted to study the effects of four plant growth regulators(Yanboshi active agent,Gibberellin,Salicylic acid and Indole acetic acid) on the growth,chemical components and industrial usability of flue-cured tobacco upper leaves after topping.The results indicated that spraying Indole acetic acid and Yanboshi active agent could significantly improve the leaf length,leaf width and leaf area of upper tobacco leaves after topping,effectively reduce the contents of nicotine and total nitrogen,increase the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar and potassium,and improve the coordination of chemical components in the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco,thus enhance their smoking quality.
