| 摘 要： | 本文报道了从香港的葱(Allium fistulosum)的根际土中采集到的螺旋线虫属(II elivoty-leuchus Steinet,1945)一新种,具膜螺旋线虫新种(II elicotylenchus membranatus sp.nov.)。该新种区别于螺旋线虫属中已知种的显著特征是具有阴门膜。其与近似种II elicotylenchus rotundi-cauda Sher,1966的区别,除了有阴门膜外,体形较小(L=533~681μm),侧尾腺孔位置较后(位于肛前2个体环到肛后3个体环)。

| Abstract: | Helicotylenchus membranatus sp.nov.was described.It was found from the rhizo-sphere of Allium fistulosum in Hong Kong.This species was distinguished from all known species of Helicotylenchus Steiner, by having vulval membranes (1945).It differed from the closely related H.rotundicauda Sher, by smaller body size (L=533 to 681μm versus 620 to 840μm) (1966), and more posterior position of phasmids (3 cuticular rings posterior to 2 rings anterior to anus versus 3 to 8 rings anterior to anus), besides having vulvalmembranes.Type speciments deposited in the Plant Nematology Laboratory, South China Agricultural University, Guang Zhou. |
