摘    要:用60Co~γ射线辐射麝香百合WhiteFox的鳞片获得变异后代,从分子水平上检测60Co~γ射线对WhiteFox遗传物质的影响。运用ISSR分子标记方法对12株变异株和对照进行分析研究,从20条引物中筛选出5条具有多态性的引物进行PCR扩增,共检测到29个位点,其中多态位点18个,占62.1%。结果表明:经过60Co~γ射线辐射获得的变异百合在DNA水平上存在多态性差异。

Abstract:Using 60Co~gamma ray radiated the scales of White Fox of musk lily and gained variation offsprings and detected the influence on genetic material of White Fox at the molecular level.Inter simple sequence repeat(ISSR)method was used to analyze the 12 variation offsprings and the contrast strains.5 primers screened out of 20 were amplified and the amplification 29 sites were obtained,of which,18 were polymorphic loci and the percentage of polymorphic bands was 62.1%.The results showed that after 60Co~gamma ray radiate the variation of lily existed polymorphism differences in DNA level.
