不同钾肥用量对2年生宽叶羌活生物量·药材产量及品质的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨钾肥对宽叶羌活(Notopterygium forbesiide Boiss.)生物量、药材产量及品质的影响,为其人工种植过程中合理施肥提供科学依据。方法]在西宁多巴镇采用单因素6水平随机区组设计进行宽叶羌活钾肥施用量试验。钾肥6个施用量水平分别为0、37.5、75.0、112.5、150.0、187.5 kg/hm2。结果]钾肥用量对羌活株高和复叶数没有明显影响;而对羌活的根茎粗、侧根数、地上部分干重、根长、最大叶长、最大叶宽和根部干重有一定的促进作用;钾肥施用量在75.0 kg/hm2时,对羌活的侧根数促进作用最大;钾肥施用量在112.5 kg/hm2时,对根茎粗、地上部分干重促进作用最大;随着钾肥施用量的增加,羌活根产量、挥发油含量、醇浸出物含量逐渐增加,但当钾肥施用量达到150.0 kg/hm2时达到最大值;钾肥施用量为150 kg/hm2时,对羌活根长、最大叶长、最大叶宽、根部干重、根产量、挥发油含量和醇浸出物含量有显著的促进作用。结论]考虑到生产成本,选用112.5 kg/hm2为羌活的最佳钾肥施用量。

Effect of K Fertilizer Application on the Biomass,Medicine Yield and Quality of Two-year Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss.

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the effect of K fertilizer on the biomass,medicine yield and quality of Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss.so as to provide scientific references for the fertilizer application of its artificial plantation.Method]The randomized block design of single factor and six levels was adopted in Duoba Town of Xining to conduct the K fertilizer application test,six K application levels were 0,37.5,75.0,112.5,150.0 and 187.5 kg/hm2 respectively.Result]K application amount had no significant impact on the plant height and number of compound leaves of Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss;but promoted the diameter of its rhizome,the number of its lateral roots,the dry weight of its aboveground part,the root length,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width and the dry weight of its roots;75 kg/hm2 of K fertilization played the greatest role in promoting the number of lateral roots;the diameter of roots and stem as well as the dry weight of the aboveground part were significantly promoted by 112.5 kg/hm2 of K fertilization;with the increase of K fertilization amount,the yield of roots and the content of volatile oil and alcohol extract in Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss.improved gradually,reaching the maximum under 150.0 kg/hm2 of K fertilization;at 150 kg/hm2 of K fertilization,the root length,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,dry weight of root,root yield,content of volatile oil and content of alcohol extract of Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss.got significantly promoted.Conclusion]Taking into account the production costs,112.5 kg/hm2 of K fertilization was the best for Notopterygium forbesii de Boiss.
