摘    要:秸秆沼气工程中厌氧、贮气CSTR工艺研究表明,将沼气贮气柜直接安装在厌氧发酵反应罐顶部,减少贮气柜工程占地的同时减少厌氧反应罐建造成本。贮气柜采用具有膨胀、收缩功能的半球体状贮气内膜和贮气外膜,贮气内膜与罐体液面构成密闭半球形贮气柜,贮气内膜和贮气外膜之间充入空气压力为2500Pa,厌氧罐底部安装有热循环加热管以保证冬季对厌氧罐进行加热。厌氧罐反应温度为中温发酵(36℃)。潜水式搅拌机安装在反应液面处,该搅拌机的叶片一部分露出反应物料的液面,将漂浮在反应液表面的浮渣破碎,同时可将反应液上下搅拌,使得菌种较均匀分布于反应液中,以利于沼气的生产。
