| 摘 要： | 低碳农业是以低消耗、低污染、低排放为基础的现代农业,是应对气候变暖的必然选择。农业作为国民经济的基础产业,应积极响应控制气候变暖的低碳经济。为引领低碳农业科学发展,分析了低碳农业内涵和发展低碳农业的必要性,在此基础上,提出了地方政府在推进低碳农业发展方面的具体措施。
