| Abstract: | The paper summarized some factors affecting the aseptic germination of Chinese orchids and methods for the improvement of its germination rate from the following aspects:seed treatment,embryo age of seed,aseptic seeding medium,growth regulator and so on,and discussed the existent insufficiency at present and developmental trend in the future in the field of Chinese orchids. |
