摘    要:以某重型车车架为例,建立了以壳单元为基础的有限元模型,并进行模态分析和以路面谱为输入的随机振动分析,通过车辆行驶在特征路面的动态电测实验验证分析计算结果,了解了该车架动力特性。

Abstract:The theoretical fundamentals of dynamic analysis including modal analysis and random vibration analysis were described, and they have been applied in analyzing heavy truck frame. In order to understand the dynamics of the frames, the finite element model based on shell element was set up, modal analysis and random analysis based on road spectrum were implemented and dynamic or instrumentation test of the vehicle driving was conducted to verify the theoretical analysis. These results provided valuable theoretical basis and references in improving structural design of frame, guaranteeing stability, safety and comfort of vehicle operation.
