摘    要:用土壤浸提法、根系淋洗法和营养液培养法收集茄根分泌物,制成含根分泌物的PDA培养基,并设高温灭菌和过滤灭菌2种处理,测定了根分泌物对大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliaekelb.)、核盘菌Sclerotinia sclerotio-rum(L ib.)de Bary]和灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinereaPers.)生长的影响。结果表明:除个别处理外,根分泌物对大丽轮枝菌和核盘菌的生长均具明显的促进作用;对灰葡萄孢的生长,部分处理具有促进作用,部分处理则没有促进作用。根浸提液对上述3种病原菌的生长均具明显的促进作用。不同方法收集的根分泌物对大丽轮枝菌分生孢子萌发的影响差异很大,根际土壤浸提液处理的分生孢子萌发率最高,达68.1%;而其它处理萌发率在16.8%至21.7%之间。

Abstract:PDA culture medium was made from eggplant root exudates which was collected by means of soil extraction,root elution and nutrient solution culture,and the effects of root exudates on the mycelial growth of Verticillium dahliae,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Botrytis cinerea were studied with two treatments of high temperature sterilization and filter-sterilization.The results indicated that root exudates might promote the mycelial growth of V. dahliae and S.sclerotiorum except the specific one,and the mycelial growth of B.cinerea was promoted or inhibited as the result of different treatments.In addition,water extract could significantly promote the mycelial growth of V.dahliae,S.sclerotiorum and B.cinerea.The effects of root exudations collected by different ways on conidia germination were of great difference, and the conidia germination treated with rhizosphere water extract was up to 68.1% which was the highest,compared to other treatments between 16.8% and 21.7%.
