石河子引种文冠果不同株系抗寒性的鉴定及分析

摘    要:以前期筛选出的6个文冠果株系一年生枝条为研究材料,通过观测人工低温胁迫下的电导率、半致死温度(LT 50)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、可溶性蛋白含量(TP)、脯氨酸含量(PRO)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、过氧化物酶活性变化规律(POD),采用隶属函数法进行综合评价,筛选出抗寒性强的文冠果株系。结果表明:6个文冠果株系半致死温度为-2.64~-13.27℃,其中‘株系2’的半致死温度最高为-2.64℃,‘BD特异’半致死温度最低为-13.27℃。低温胁迫下文冠果株系枝条内的丙二醛含量均随着温度的下降逐渐上升,在达到半致死温度之前,枝条内丙二醛的含量上升较缓慢;当低于半致死温度之后,枝条丙二醛的含量随着温度的下降而大幅增加。‘BD特异’各温度下丙二醛、可溶性蛋白、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶含量均随着温度的降低出现先升高后降低的趋势。文冠果6个株系相对隶属函数值的大小顺序为:‘BD特异’‘株系2’‘G 27’‘建2’‘G 13’‘BD 12’。结合半致死温度及各项生理指标分析结果和形态学指标适应性评价,筛选出‘BD特异’这个株系在物候期、形态学指标、抗寒性各个方面均表现很好。研究结果为综合评价其是否适应在石河子地区进一步进行种植和深入利用提供参考。

Abstract:By six annual branches of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge selected through morphological adaptability evaluation in the early stage as the research materials,for selecting a cold resistant strain,the changes of electrical conductivity,half lethal temperature(LT 50),malondialdehyde content(MDA),soluble protein content(TP),proline content(PRO),superoxide dismutase activity(SOD)and peroxidase activity(POD)under artificial low temperature stress were observed,and the membership function method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the half lethal temperature of 6 X.sorbifolia Bunge lines was-2.64℃to-13.27℃,of which the highest half lethal temperature of 2 was-2.64℃,and the lowest half lethal temperature of BD was-13.27℃.Under low temperature stress,the content of malondialdehyde in the branches of crown fruit lines increased gradually with the decrease of temperature.Before reaching the half lethal temperature,the content of malondialdehyde in the branches increased slowly;when it was lower than the half lethal temperature,the content of malondialdehyde in the branches increased significantly with the decrease of temperature.The content of malondialdehyde,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase and catalase increased at first and then decreased with the decrease of BD temperature.The order of relative membership function values of 6 lines of X.sorbifolia Bunge was:BD specificity,Branche 2,G 27,Jian 2,G 13 and BD 12.Combined with the analysis results of half lethal temperature,physiological indexes and adaptability evaluation of morphological indexes,the strains of BD was selected,which showed good performance in phenology,morphological indexes and cold resistance.This study provides a theoretical basis for comprehensive evaluation of its suitability for further cultivation and utilization in Shihezi.
