| 摘 要： | 人类对教学的探索是为了更好地教学,即实现有效教学。中外教育家一直在研究和探索教学,孕育了丰富的有效教学思想。注重教学原则与方法是我国教育家有效教学思想的特色,外国教育家的有效教学思想则表现为重视教学效率和探讨有效教学的方法或途径。
