聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽的水稻产量效应和磷素营养吸收效应研究

摘    要:聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽对水稻产量效应研究表明,聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽对水稻秧苗生长和根的生长有较大的促进作用,根的鲜重、干重和根长分别比清水对照增加28.2%、46.2%、17.9%,对水稻经济性状及产量也有较好的作用,有效穗数、实粒数、千粒重、考种产量和实际产量分别比清水对照增加14.21%、13.44%、2.38%、16.80%、7.74%。利用32P同位素示踪试验研究了聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽对水稻磷素营养吸收的效应,发现喷施聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽的初期对水稻吸收肥料磷有抑制作用。随着时间的推移,聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽本身含有的速效磷被完全吸收后,聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽的富集作用逐渐表现出来,从而表现为20 d时处理的水稻对磷素的吸收略有增加。30 d时,由于聚天门冬氨酸同源多肽逐渐被微生物降解,大量释放出被固定的磷素,表现为测量时的结果比对照略有降低。

Effects on Yield and Phosphorus Nutrition Absorbing for Rice Using Homologous Polypeptides of Polyaspartic Acids

Abstract:The effects on the yield for the rice using the homologous polypeptides of polyaspartic acids(PAAS) were studied in this article.The results showed that PAAS could promote highly the rice seedlings and the root growth.The root fresh weight,dry weight and length increased by 28.2%,46.2%,17.9%.PAAS was benefit for the economic characters and the yield of the rice.At the same time,the rice effective panicle,the rice filled grains,the rice grain weight,the yield of the test species and the rice actual yield increased by 14.21%,13.44 %,2.38%,16.80%,7.74%.The effects of PAAS on the nutrient absorption of phosphorus in the rice were also studied using 32P isotope trace experiment.The results showed that the absorption of phosphorus fertilizer were inhibited in the initial period of PAAS spraying on the rice.After the available phosphorus containing in the PAAS itself was completely absorbed,the gradual accumulation of PAAS was showing with a slight increase in the absorption of the phosphorus after twenty days of using PAAS on the rice.Thirty days later,with the PAAS microbial degradation gradually,a large release of fixed phosphorus was observed with the performance measurement results for the slightly lower than the control.
