干旱对大豆膜脂过氧化,组织抗氧化的影响

摘    要:在水分胁迫下,大豆幼苗叶片相对含水量、随胁迫加强而降低,质膜透性,膜脂过氧化水平,组织自动氧化速率,随胁迫加强而增加。上述指标与大豆品种抗旱能力有关,对干旱敏感的品种变化幅度大。保护酶活性随胁迫加强而增加。抗旱性越强,增加幅度越大,在水分胁迫下,膜透性、膜质过氧化水平与组织自动氧化速率,保护酶活性之间存在着一定相关性。

Abstract:Under water stress, Leaf RWC of soybean seedling declined with the deepening of water stress, but the membrane-permeability, the level of lipid peroxdation, the rate of tissue autoxidation increased. As the above mentioned index related to drought-resistant of soybean seedlings. The index in drought-resistant cultivars changed less than that in drought sensitive cultivars. The activities of SOD and POD in soybean seedlings strengthened with the deepening of water stress, which in drought-resistant soybean seedlings changed more than in drought-sensitive soybean seedlings. Therefore, there appeared a relationship between the rate of tissue autoxidation, the activities of ciefensive enzymes, and the membrane permeability, the level of lipid peroxidation.
