发芽玉米中硒的生物转化能力研究

摘    要:以普通玉米为原料,采用不同浓度硒溶液、不同浸泡时间、不同发芽时间处理玉米后,分别测量发芽率和芽长,然后干燥粉碎,经消化处理,使用原子荧光光度计测量玉米中的总硒量和无机硒量,再研究有机硒的转化率与硒的生物转换能力。试验结果表明,随着硒溶液浓度、硒溶液浸泡时间和发芽时间的不断增加,有机硒转化率和硒的生物转化能力先增后减,发芽玉米富硒最佳条件为:浸泡硒浓度80μh·mL~(-1)、浸泡时间8 h、发芽时间72 h。经硒溶液浸泡处理后的玉米,有机硒转化率和硒的生物转化能力有显著的提高。

Abstract:In this experiment, common corn was used as raw material. Corn was disposed with different concentrations of Se solution for different soaking time and germination time, respectively, and the germinated rate and sprout growth of the corn samples with different treatments were measured; the germinated corn were dried , crushed and digested, and the transformation rate of organic selenium and the biological conversion ability of selenium in the germination process of maize were further studied by measuring the corn total selenium and inorganic selenium using AFS (Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer). The experimental results showed that the conversion rate of organic selenium and the ability of biological transformation of selenium increased firstly and then decreased with increasing of the concentration of selenium solution, the immersion time and the germination time. In summary, the optimum conditions for germination of maize to enrich selenium: soaking concentration, 80g/mL; soaking time, 8 h; germination time, 72 h. After soaking with selenium solution, the conversion rate of organic selenium and the transformation rate of selenium in germinated corn increased significantly.
