河套灌区引水量限额后节水灌溉的对策分析

摘    要:针对黄河水资源日益短缺,河套灌区引黄水量限额配置调整等问题,对节水灌溉对策进行了分析,指出应改进,完善工程设施,进行以渠系防渗为中心的灌区技术改造,开发利用地下水,发展井灌,推广非充分灌溉技术,合理确定作物种植比例和灌溉定额,以缓解引黄水量限额与农业生产需水量的矛盾,实现河套灌区农业生产的可持续发展。

Abstract:Serious water resource shortage of Yellow River caused the contradiction between water use and water supply in the irrigation area. It is a big problem needed to solve urgently that making agricultural irrigation fit to the limited allocation of water resource so as to guarantee agricultural sustainable development in the irrigation area. The countermeasure was proposed to realize the aim that is to increase irrigation area and crop production through adopting advanced construction and efficient irrigation technology, exploiting and using groundwater as well as scientific management of water resource.
