| 摘 要： | 对一只突然死亡朱鹮进行了系统的病理学检查。结果表明,该朱鹮与禽类感染沙门氏菌的病理变化相似。眼观显著的病变是肝脏、肺脏、脾、肾脏肿胀、出血、淤血;输卵管出血并与多数脏器粘连。病理组织学变化为肝细胞颗粒变性,肿胀,坏死,有炎性细胞浸润;肝窦隙扩张,淤血明显;肾小管上皮细胞肿胀变性,部分坏死、脱落。间质毛细血管扩张、充血,部分地方有出血现象;肺脏严重出血,毛细血管扩张、充血;肠黏膜脱落,黏膜下层血管扩张、充血,有炎性细胞浸润。微生物学诊断为沙门氏菌感染引起的卵黄性腹膜炎。

| Abstract: | An acutely dead domesticated crested ibis were pathological checked systematically. The obvious lesion of liver, lung spleen and kidney were found of swell, hemorrhage and congestion; the oviduct uterine tube of hemorrhage, the structure of oviduct uterine tube were not intact and adhesion with vicinal tissues. The histological pathological changes were as follow: hepatic cell particulate degeneration, swell necrosis and inflammatory infiltration; hepatic sinusoid expendable, congestion widely; Renal tubule epithelial cell swell; degeneration and partial necrosis, exfoliated. Interstitial capillary expandable hyperemia and partly hemorrhage; pneumonia hemorrhage seriously, capillary expandable and hyperemia; intestine mucous membrane exfoliated, submucosa vein expandable and congestion, inflammatory infiltration. The microbiological diagnosis showed caused by salmonella. |
