| 摘 要： | 马立克氏病肿瘤相关的表面抗原是MD肿瘤细胞和MD成淋巴细胞系细胞表面存在的特异性抗原,在此综述了马立克氏病肿瘤相关的表面抗原的细胞分布、分离纯化,理化特性等方面的研究进展,指出马立克氏病肿瘤相关的表面抗原在马立克氏病的肿瘤免疫和鉴别诊断中具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Marek''s disease tumor-associated surface antigen (MATSA) is a specific antigen on Marek''s disease tumor cells and Marek''s disease lymphoblastoid cell line cells. This article summarized the progress on distribution, separation and purification, physical and chemistry characteristic of MATSA and emphasized that it is very significative using MATSA in tumor immunology and diagnosis of Marek''s disease. |
