长寿沙田柚无菌苗培育研究

摘    要:通过无菌苗的培育,研究了长寿沙田柚苗期的发育生物学特征及培育的关键技术。重点研究了见光时间对苗期生长的影响,即在播种的第5d、6d、7d、8d和9d见光,分别比较了地下部分和地上部分30d内的生长情况,综合分析表明:第6d见光的苗子生长最好;对上述5个处理,分别在播种的第12d、15d、18d、21d、24d和27d进行移栽,通过移栽后生长势的观察比较,播种第18d、21d和24d移栽效果最好,且无显著差异。

Culture of Axenic Seedlings of Citrus grandis Osbeck cv. Shatianyou Changshou

Abstract:The axenic seedlings were cultivated to study the characters of development biology and the key planting technique of Citrus grandis Osbeck cv. Shatianyou Changshou in the period of seedling. The effect of light time on the growth of the seedling was mainly studied. The seedlings had been light on the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th day. The growth in 30 days of underground and overground were compared respectively. The seedlings that grew best were the ones of being light on the 6th day. Every batch of these seedlings was transplanted on the 12th, 15th, 18th, 21th, 24th and 27th day. The seedlings that grew best were that been transplanted on the 18th, 21th, and 24th day, and there were no significant difference.
