| Abstract: | The mitosis of the tetraploid and 2n female gamete hybrid offspring of L.oriental were observed , the results showed that the mitosis of the flourished tetraploid was normal and there was the chromosome bridge in the mitosis of the tetraploid variation, the mitosis of most 2n gamete hybrid offspring were normal and in the mitosis of few 2n gamete hybrid offspring there were chromosomal bridge, delayed chromosome, double nuclei and polypole mitosis. So the chromosomal number showed diversity |
