鸡IBD蜂胶囊毒组织灭活苗的研制与应用

摘    要:为了预防鸡IBD的区域性流行,以当地典型发病鸡群的法氏囊为组织源,以蜂胶为佐剂,研制鸡IBD蜂胶囊毒组织灭活苗。室内试验表明,对10日龄AA肉鸡接种后,20、50d血清AGP抗体阳性率和对强毒攻击的保护率均达100%;田间试验表明,对6批7~15日龄,3万多只不同品种的雏鸡免疫,未发生一起IBD;常规检验表明,该苗安全、无毒副作用,保存期内性质稳定。

Manufacture and Application of IBD Inactivation Bacterin Containing Bursal and Propolis

Abstract:In order to prevent the local infection of IBD of chicken, the bursal of chicken, which had typical bursal disease, was used as antigen and the propolis was used as antigen to manufacture IBD inactivation bacterin. Based on the indoor experiment the result was showed as follows: when 10-day AA chickens were inoculated, the positive rate of antibody and the protective rate from attack of hardy virulence of serum AGP were 100% after 20d and 50d. The result based on the field experiment was indicated that there was no IBD in the immune to thirty thousands chickens of different kinds from 7-day to 15-day. General test was indicated that the bacterin was safe and no vice-function and it was stable during the storage period.
