Abstract:The genetic polymorphism of the two chicken Populations (Guyuan chicken and Guyuan red chicken) was analyzed by microsatellite marker and PAPD marker. It would be offer some reference for studying population resources. The results showed that: microsatellite marker was used to analyzed 6 loci and found 38 allelics. 29 allelics and 20 allelics in Guyuan chicken population and Guyuan red chicken population, respectively, The effective numbers of allelic were 4.6983 and 3.9385, respectively, the average heterozygosities were 0.7198 and 0.6944, respectively, The average polymorphism information content were 0.6456 and 0.5584, respectively, which all showed that extensive genetic polymorphism existed in the two chicken populations. Hardy -weinberg equilibrium test showed that, expect for at MCW128 and LEI75 loci there were not in genetic equilibrium.
Keywords:Chicken  Micorsatellite marker  RAPD marker  Genetic polymorphism
