| 摘 要： | 吉林省农业生态环境问题具有明显“三区”特征,即东部山区半山区水土流失与植被退化,中部黑土区土壤侵蚀与土壤退化,西部土地盐碱化、沙漠化和草地退化等“三化”问题。水土流失严重、土地“三化”(土地盐碱化、沙化和草地退化)、土壤退化、植被破坏、自然灾害频繁和农业环境污染,是目前吉林省农业生产面临的主要生态环境问题。提出了在当前吉林省大力推进生态省建设和全面振兴东北老工业基地中,改善农业生态环境,实现农业可持续发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The problems of agro-environment of Jilin Province are manifested by the territorial characteristics: the soil erosion and the vegetation degeneration in the east, the soil erosion and degradation of the black soil in the midland, and land saline-alkalization, land desertification, grassland degeneration in the west of Jilin Province. The primal problems of agro-environment of Jilin Province are soil erosion and degradation, plant destruction, land saline-alkalization, land desertification, grassland degeneration, natural hazard and agricultural environment pollution. In this paper, the comprehensive control countermeasures are put forward during the building of ecological Province and re-energizing the old northeast industry, in order to promote the agricultural sustainable development. |
