高大韧稻恢复系特恢的选育和应用研究

摘    要:用明恢63、古154、靖西中稻大粘等三个茎秆比较粗壮、高大的恢复系、农家品种进行杂交、复交,从其后代中选择茎秆粗壮、高大、穗长大的单株与珍珠高粱杂交,杂交后代经过24代的选择,选育出新型恢复系特恢。比较了特恢与明恢63、9311、253、838、桂99、207等恢复系的生物学性状、农艺性状和产量表现。结果表明特恢具有高大韧,与不育系配组杂种优势强大等优良特性。

Studies of Breeding and Application of Rice Restore Line Tehui With Higher, Thicker and Tougher Stem

Abstract:Restore lines or cultivars Minghui 63. Gu 154 and Jingxidanian with higher, thicker stem were used by crossing method and polycross, the plants with higher, thicker stem and longer, larger panicle were selected from progenies and crossed with Zhenzhu sorghum, then new restore line Tehui was bred from hybridization progenies through 24 generations selection. The biological characteristics, agricultural characteristics and yield performances were compared between Tehui and other restore lines including Minghui 63, 9311, 253, 838, Gui 99 and 207. The results showed that restore line Tehui had a lot of advantages such as higher, thicker and tougher stem, higher heterosis performances crossing with different male sterile lines, etc.
