| 摘 要： | 以 6个露地黄瓜自交系为材料 ,按完全双列杂交 (不含反交和亲本 )试验方法配制组合 ,进行早期产量及总产量的配合力分析。结果表明 ,两个性状的遗传基本符合加显模型 ,均以加性效应为主。早期产量一般配合力方差占总基因型方差的 91.92 % ,广义遗传力为 86 .3% ,狭义遗传力为 80 .39% ;总产量一般配合力方差占总基因型方差的 82 .92 % ,广义及狭义遗传力分别为 6 4 .16 %和 6 0 .0 2 %。早期产量、总产量一般配合力均以自交系 0 4为最高 ,前者其次为自交系 0 2和 0 1,后者其次为自交系 0 3和 0 1;0 3早期产量特殊配合力方差最高 ,0 6总产量特殊配合力方差最高 ;所配制各组合的早期产量和总产量特殊配合力均以 0 1× 0 6最高

| Abstract: | The combining ability of early-yield and total-yield character of cucumber were analyzed by using six inbred lines of cucumber cultivated in open field. The results showed that the two characters were mainly controlled by additive genes and their inheritances fit in dominant-additive model mainly. The general combining ability(GCA)variance of early-yield occupied 91.92 % of the whole genotype variance.
