| 摘 要： | 黄茶是我国六大茶类之一，加工精妙，品质独特，在我国茶叶产销中占有重要地位。笔者对黄茶起源进行了初步探究，并对黄茶生产及贸易情况作了简要介绍，呼吁业界加快传统黄茶的创新开发，促进产业发展。 |
