基于二次调节技术的立体车库提升系统性能仿真

摘    要:阐述基于二次调节技术的立体车库液压提升系统的工作原理,分析了二次调节液压提升系统能量的回收过程和节能原理,提出了采用转速控制回收惯性动能和恒转速控制回收重力能的能量回收方式,建立了系统的数学模型。对系统性能进行了仿真研究,得出应用二次调节技术能够回收和重新利用系统的制动动能和重力势能,从而节约了能源,减小了系统的装机容量。

Abstract:The principle of hydrostatic transmission system with secondary regulating technology in the exalting system of solid garage was introduced,and energy recovery course of the system was discussed. Based on deeply analyzing the energy saving theory,the ways which were adopted to reclaim the exalting system's inertial energy by controlling rotation speed and regenerate the gravitational energy by constant rotational speed have been put forward,the mathematical model of hydrostatic transmission system was proposed,then simulations on the performance of the secondary regulated velocity system has been conducted. A conclusion was reached that the inertial energy and gravitational energy could be reclaimed and reused in the system by applying the secondary regulation technology, and the power of the system could be reduced.
