| 摘 要： | 探讨了大豆脂肪酸快速气相色谱分析方法,不需从原料中提取脂质,直接将磨碎原料中的脂质皂化、甲脂化后,利用色谱柱HP519091 J-413,进行气相色谱分析。结果表明:软脂酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸的出峰时间依次为6.57、7.83、8.73、8.86、9.06 min。这种方法的优点是快速、操作方便、节省药品;即使在较低的杂交世代样品很少,用普通法不易提取脂质时,此法也能顺利地完成分析工作。
