摘 要: | 目的]探究不同温度条件下细梢小卷蛾(Rhyacionia leptotubula)成虫羽化率与寿命2个生物学参数。方法]测定了不同温度(5、10、15、20、25℃及室温)下细梢小卷蛾成虫的羽化率与成虫寿命。结果]低温(5℃)不利于细梢小卷蛾成虫的羽化与存活;高温时(25℃),成虫存活时间减少;10~20℃较有利于细梢小卷蛾成虫的羽化与存活。结论]为进一步了解细梢小卷蛾成虫的生物学与生态学特性提供了理论依据。

Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to study emergence and adult longevity of Rhyacionia leptotubula at different temperatures. Method ] The emergence and adult longevity of R. leptotubula at different temperatures of 5, 10, 15,20, 25 ℃ and room temperature were determined. Result] The low temperature(5 ℃ ) could decrease the emergence rates and longevity of R. leptotubula adults, and a higher temperature (25 ℃ ) could decrease the longevity of adult. 10 - 20 ℃ could be helpful for the emergence and adult longevity of R. leptotubula adults. Con- clusion] The research result provides theoretical basis for understanding biological and ecological characteristics of R. leptotubula adults. |
