| 摘 要： | 目的]研究紫花苜蓿叶挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。方法]以金属离子螯合作用、ABTS自由基和DPPH自由基清除作用为指标评价紫花苜蓿叶挥发油的体外抗氧化活性。结果]紫花苜蓿叶挥发油对金属离子螯合作用和ABTS自由基清除作用的IC50分别为73.97、47.60μl。结论]紫花苜蓿叶挥发油具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,具有开发利用潜力。

| Abstract: | Objective ] The aim was to study the antioxidant activity of volatile oil from leaves of Medicago sativa in vitro. Method ] The an- tioxidant activity of volatile oil from leaves of Medicago sativa in vitro was evaluated by metal chelating ability, scaveniging capacity against ABTS · and DPPH · . Result ] The volatile oil had metal chelating ability and scavenging capacity against ABTS · with IC50 values of 73.97, 47.60 μl. Conclusion ] The volatile oil from leaves of Medicago sativa exhibited some antioxidant activity in vitro and had a develop- ment potential. |
