| 摘 要： | 通过对云南省红河州弥勒县5个典型村的农户进行随机问卷调查,探讨农村宅基地占用耕地的现状及原因。结果表明:被调查村宅基地在宗数和面积上均有一定超标,宅基地占用耕地现象普遍存在,其原因主要包括:落后的传统观念、村庄缺乏规划、农村经济快速发展、法律法规未真正落实等。由此提出了针对性的对策建议。

Research on the Occupation of Farmland by Rural Housing Land |

| Abstract: | Through random questionnaire investigation on the household farmers in 5 typical villages of Mile County, Yunnan Province, the status and reasons of rural housing land occupying farmland were discussed. The results showed that farmland occupied by rural housing land exists widely. The rural housing land of the investigated villages in argument and area are both excessive. The main reasons include the lagging traditional concept, the lack of planning in villages, the rapid development of the rural economy, the implement matter of laws and regulations and so on. On the basis of this, several suggestions were put forward. |
