模糊数学和CI_GSMCM在加工番茄品质综合评价中的应用

摘    要:目的]分析比较不同评价方法在加工番茄品质综合评价中的应用。方法]分别运用模糊综合评价法和全息生育适度系数法,对新疆加工番茄品质及品种的优劣进行综合的、全面的、定量的分析评价,同时比较2种评价方法的适用性。结果]研究表明,2种方法均反映出较好的综合评价能力,得出8个加工番种茄品种样本的品质性状的优劣次序排序。通过对2种方法的比较得出,全息生育适度系数法分析结果更为准确,与品种的实际表现更相符,也更直观明了,更具实用性。结论]研究可为新疆加工番茄品质的研究以及品种的鉴定、选育等提供理论方法和生产规划决策指导。

Application of Fuzzy Mathematics and CI_GSMCM on Quality Evaluation for Tomatoes

Abstract: Objective ] To compare application of different methods in comprehensive evaluation of tomato quality. Method ]By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and information growth state moderate coefficient method, the comprehensive and quantitative analysis was conducted on quality and variety of tomatoes in Xinjiang, the two evaluation methods were compared. Result] The results showed that, two kinds of methods all reflect the good evaluation capacity, the order of quality characters of eight processing tomatoes was obtained. CI_GSMCM is more accurate, and more consistent with actual performance, more clear and practical. Conclusion ] The study could provide theoretical method and production planning decision-making guidance for Xiniiang tomato quality research, quality identification and breeding.
