| 摘 要： | 目的]了解山羊布氏杆菌病在石林县的流行状况。方法]通过虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验于2006～2011年对石林县山羊血清进行布氏杆菌血清学检测。结果]2006～2007年石林县山羊布氏杆菌阳性检出率较高,分别为3.41%和3.51%。2009～2011年石林县山羊布氏杆菌阳性检出率分别为0.50%、0.28%和0.38%。结论]石林县属于山羊布病控制区。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the epidemic situations of goat brucellosis in Shilin County.Method] The serological detection was made on Brucella in goat serum in Shilin County during 2006-2011 by RBT and tube agglutination test.Result] The positive detection rate of Brucella in goat in Shilin County in 2006 and 2007 were higher,being 3.41% and 3.51% respectively.The positive detection rate of Brucella in goat in Shilin County during 2009-2011 were 0.50%,0.28% and 0.38%,respectively.Conclusion] Shilin County was one of control regions for goat brucellosis. |
