摘 要: | 目的]通过开展泵站管道系统振动模态试验,客观地分析管道振动状态并评估其运行的稳定性。方法]采用DASP(Data Acqui-sition&Signal Processing)软件对甘肃省景电工程总干二泵站4#管道进行振动模态试验。结果]利用随机子空间(SSI)法进行模态参数辨识,并与特征系统实现算法(ERA)对比,得到了可靠的1~4阶频率和阻尼,并由此进行振型分析。结论]将DASP应用于压力管道振动模态试验,不仅获得管道高阶频率、阻尼及振型,得到管道不同位置的振动状态,还可为解决同类型管道运行中的振动问题,因此,在工程实践中具有较好的推广价值。

Abstract: | Objective] Through the experiment of the vibration modal in pump station piping system,the pipeline vibration state was analyzed and the stability of its operation was evaluated.Method] By using DASP(Data Acquisition & Signal Processing),the vibration modal of the No.4 pipeline in Jingdian project main channel second pump station in Gansu Province was tested.Result] By the contrast between SSI method and ERA method,reliable 1-4 order of frequency,damping was obtained,and thus the vibration mode analysis was made.Conclusion] Applied DASP to vibration modal test of pressure pipes,not only can acquire pipeline's high order frequency,damping,vibration mode,and vibration condition in different position of pipeline;but also can solve vibration problem of similar large-scale pump stations pressure pipes in operation,and had better promotion value in engineering practice. |
