摘    要:利用RT-PCR的方法,从磨盘、富有柿果实中克隆了ACC合成酶(ACS)的3个DNA片段。序列分析表明:Mopan-ACS1、Mopan-ACS2与平核无柿果实DK-ACS1的核苷酸同源性为75.6%,氨基酸同源性分别为98.7%和98.2%。Fuyu-ACS与DK-ACS1的核苷酸同源性为99.2%,氨基酸的同源性为99.4%。3个片段编码的氨基酸序列中,均含有植物ACS的保守氨基酸区和不变氨基酸残基。

Abstract:Three fragments of ACS were cloned from Mopan and Fuyu persimmon fruits by RT-PCR. Sequence analysis indicated that nucleotide identities of Mopan-ACS1 and Mopan-ACS2 with DK-ACS1 were 76.5%, and amino acid identities were 98.7% and 98.2% respectively. Identities of nucleotide and amino acid between Fuyu-ACS and DK-ACS1 were 99.2% and 99.4% respectively. Mopan-ACS1, Mopan-ACS2 and Fuyu-ACS have the conserved amino acid regions and invariant amino acid residues of ACC synthase existing in other plants.
