高粱穗结构性状的基因效应分析

摘    要:利用两个单交组合的P#-1、P#-2、F#-1、F#-2、B#-1和B#-2 6个世代群体的数据进行了世代平均值分析。估算了a、d、aa、ad和dd各类基因效应及其相应的方差和平方和百分比。分析表明,世代间有显著差异,其差异大小取决于杂交双亲。一级枝梗和穗轴长两个性状的加性效应比例占60%以上,二级枝梗的显性率最高(48.76%),其次是加性效应(42.49%)。一、二级枝梗的上位效应占10%左右,穗轴长的上位效应占32.44%。可见,上位效应对穗结构性状的遗传也是不可忽视的。

Abstract:Two F_1 sorghum hybrids, F_2's, backcrosses B_1's and B_2's and their parents were used to estimate the generation means for length of panicle axis, and primary and secondary side branches of panicle, Estimates of gene effects and of variances, including a, d, aa, ad and dd were obtained. The results showed that there were significant differences for each of the three traits among generation means, and the differences varied with their parents. An additive component was over 60% for the length of panicle axis and the primary side branches. For the secondary side branches, dominant effect was the highest (48.76%), followed by additive effect (42.49%). Epistatie component accounted for 10% of the total genetic components for primary and secondary side branches, and 32.44% for the length of panicle axis, indicating epistatic importance.
