摘    要:随着能源危机与温室效应等问题日益严峻,各国对农业机械的能耗及排放水平也愈发重视,电气化与混合动力技术作为解决此问题的重要技术手段逐渐成为行业内的重点研究方向。本文基于农业机械电气化与混合动力技术的基本原理与不同布置形式对混合动力农业机械的研究现状与应用现状进行分析总结,结合混合动力技术的优劣势与关键技术路径重点讨论混合动力技术在农业机械领域的应用方式与发展要点,通过技术发展与经济层面的评估分析得出混合动力农业机械未来的研究重点与发展趋势。

Abstract:With the increasingly severe problems such as the energy crisis and the greenhouse effect, countries have paid more attention to the energy consumption and emission levels of agricultural machinery, and the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of agricultural machinery have become increasingly stringent. The hybrid technology adjusts the operating conditions of the engine by means of additional electrical, hydraulic and other auxiliary energy storage systems. By collecting the excess power of the engine, recovering the braking energy and the potential energy of the working system, it assists the engine to reallocate the energy in the working conditions of the low speed zone and the high power zone, so as to realize the engine working in the high efficiency zone and reduce the energy consumption and emissions of the whole machine. Therefore, similar to ordinary road vehicles, the application of electrification and hybrid technology to agricultural machinery can also improve energy efficiency and reduce pollution emissions. As an important technical means to solve the problem of energy emissions, this technology has gradually become a key research direction in the industry. Based on the basic principles of agricultural machinery electrification and hybrid technology, this paper summarizes the research status and market application status of hybrid agricultural machinery, introduces the hybrid arrangement forms, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different arrangement forms and structural characteristics, and discusses the matching method between hybrid technology and agricultural machinery working characteristics combined with key technology paths and existing control strategies. Based on the principle of satisfying the basic working performance of agricultural machinery, reducing the whole life cycle cost and improving economic benefits, the future research focus and development trend of hybrid agricultural machinery were analyzed.
